Grade: VP/SVP

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Marketing department as the Head of Marketing. In this role, Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategies for MMBL across Pakistan. As the Head of Marketing, he will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, fostering customer engagement, and contributing to business growth.

Strategy Development and Execution:

• Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Act as the official spokesperson for the company and effectively communicate its vision and messages to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive brand recognition and recall through strategic marketing and branding efforts across branches, products, and services.

Growth Marketing:

• Design and execute data-driven growth marketing campaigns to acquire, activate, and retain customers across various channels (digital, social, offline, etc.).
• Utilize analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, conversion rates, and user experiences.
• Explore and implement innovative approaches to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Market Analysis and Insights:

• Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into consumer trends and preferences, utilizing this information to inform marketing collateral and design decisions.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including CXOs and corporate brand managers, to spearhead business development initiatives.
• Lead digital-focused awareness campaigns and thought leadership programs within the region.

Digital Communications:

• Develop and manage compelling digital content for MMBL, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences.

Internal Communication:

• Devise and implement strategic internal communication plans to foster a positive team environment and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirement:

• Hold Bachelors degree Preferably Master’s in Marketing from HEC recognized university.
• At least 7-10 years of experience. Exposure to financial institution / banking industry will be an additional advantage.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead, coach and supervise team effectively
